Sonny is a dedicated Aesthetic specialist, and the owner of SparkAesthetics, a business dedicated to support Spa Industry Professionals in consulting, training, educating, and mentoring. Sonny is a Licensed Aesthetician with Certified Aesthetic Consultant and holds a BA in International Business with Minor in Spanish. As of January 2016, Sonny is the new Southern California Trainer for OSS (Oncology Spa Solution, Inc.) the leading Oncology Esthetic Training in California to support the holistic approach to healing cancer patients.

She’s also proficient in business management, product marketing, sales, interpersonal/international relations background. Proactive team leader with proven ability to motivate and supervise dedicated employees by leveraging democratic management style; facilitate high employee performance levels via productive work sessions and meetings that allow staff input, which engenders streamlined operations and optimized employee satisfaction.
